Four Turner College alumni have joined the CSU Alumni Association Board of Directors for 2025-2026. The new members include Don Andrae, a Columbus resident who is currently the Director of Parking Services at Auburn University. Andrae earned a BBA from the Turner College in 1970. The former CSU Men's Basketball standout is a 1998 inductee into the CSU Athletics Hall of Fame, having set a school record for the most successful free throws in a game and the most rebounds per game.
Another new member of the CSU Alumni Association Board of Directors is Terry McDaniel of Inlet Beach, Florida. McDaniel is a two-time alumnus, having earned a BBA from the Turner College in 1979 and an MBA from the Turner College in 1986. A leader in the food and beverage industry, he is CEO and Chair of Ronnoco Beverage Solutions.
Next is Brittany Santiago, who earned an MBA from the Turner in 2018. A career communications professional, she serves as the Director of Public Affairs and the Public Information Officer for the Columbus Police Department. Santiago was just recently featured here at Turner Business for being named a "Rising Star" by Columbus & the Valley magazine. As she explained to the magazine, “I began working on my MBA while still working in news, looking for ways to advance both professionally and personally. The [Turner College's Master of Business Administration] program pushed me outside my comfort zone, taught me how to think more strategically and gave me the confidence to take on leadership roles.”
The fourth addition to the CSU Alumni Association Board of Directors is Phyllis Williams, Operations Manager at Aflac. Williams earned a BBA in marketing from the Turner College in 2000. Later, in 2014, she added an MS in organizational leadership, with a concentration in human resource management, making her a two-time alumnus of the Turner College. Established in 1960, the CSU Alumni Association represents and provides programming for the university’s 40,000-plus alumni from all 50 states, three U.S. territories and 70 countries worldwide. Membership in the association is free for graduates. Board members are appointed for three-year terms. Officers serve in their leadership roles for two years and advance in service from secretary to president, then rotate into the immediate past president role.
