Yang, James Win Big at Faculty Awards Convocation

Turner College faculty Jianhua Yang and Mark James were big winners at the 2021 Faculty Awards Convocation .   Yang, a professor of computer science in the TSYS School of Computer Science, was awarded the Faculty Research and Scholarship Award.   Award presenters noted that Yang has published nine refereed journal articles over the past five years, while also bringing more than $500,000 in grant funding to CSU.   Some of Yang’s recent work appears in Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the James Left, Yang Right International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks .   Joining Yang on the awards stand was James, and associate professor of management.   James, who was awarded the Chappell Graduate Faculty Award, was lauded for his many contributions to the Turner College’s graduate program in organizational leadership.   James has also been productive on the research front, having recently published in the Journal of Business Ethics and the International Journal of Socio
