Turner College's Cheyenne Helsel and other Military-Connected Students Celebrated by Board of Regents
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia took some time at a recent gathering to celebrate the System's military-connected students who "continue to inspire us" with their dedication to hard work and pursuit of excellence. A number of them took the stage at the meeting to share their personal journeys and the unwavering support they've found at University System of Georgia institutions. Among those celebrated was Captain Cheyenne Helsel, a current student in the Turner College's M.S. program in organizational leadership (MSOL). As noted, Captain Helsel, pictured below with USG Chancellor Sonny Perdue, exemplifies the resilience and dedication that characterize our military community, and their stories serve as a testament to the transformative power of education. Turner Business thanks Captain Helsel for her service to the country and wishes her success in her future endeavors.
