As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for InComm Payments, Turner College alum Whitney Simpson connects the company with top-tier talent. "I'm enthusiastic and dedicated to not just filling positions but filling them with the right people. I'm not only a recruiter but a consultant as well," Whitney explains. Since joining InComm Payments, she gained valuable experience in full cycle recruiting (i.e., beginning to end with internal and external stakeholders) in the company's search to fill technical (e.g., software engineers/architects, IT product owners, data analysts) and non-technical roles (marketing, accounting and account management), sourced both nationally and internationally. To prepare for this role from an education standpoint, Whitney earned a B.S. in management (with a concentration in human resource management) from the Turner College in 2019. During her studies in the Turner College, she served as a CSU Global Ambassador and was the Co-Founder of Pride+. After graduation, Whitney continued to work as recruiting coordinator in CSU's Continuing Education office. In October 2020, she left to assume the role of Assistant Manager for Enrichment Services Program, Inc., a position she held for one year. In October of 2021, Whitney joined InComm Payments as Talent Acquisition Partner I. Turner Business congratulates Whitney on completing her first year as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and wishes her the best going forward.
